Jared Karcher and Hal Roesch, Junior Vice Commander-in-Chief of Veterans of Foreign Wars, watch maintenance members tow an A-10 Thunderbolt II at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, June 6, 2019. Roesch spoke with Airmen and toured Osan to familiarize himself with the base’s mission and its quality of life programs. In addition to veteran’s benefits programs, the VFW has several programs geared towards financial assistance for service members and their families, from scholarships to emergency financial relief.
