Laura Orr, Director of Education at the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, was the guest speaker for a Dining Out event for the officers of the USS George H.W. Bush (CVN-77). Her presentation covered the Battle of Midway, which was waged over Midway Atoll 77 years ago on June 3-7, 1942. The battle is remembered as one of the most historically significant naval victories during WWII. The Dining Out event was held at the Decker Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center, located on the Nauticus Campus in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia. (US Navy Photo by Max Lonzanida/Released).
