    FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. –Sergeant Major of the Army Kenneth O. Preston, who served as the 13th Sergeant Major of the Army from January 15, 2004, to March 1, 2011, was the keynote speaker for the 780th Military Intelligence Brigade (Cyber) Non-Commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony on June 3 at the Post Theater.
