Construction crews work hard to get the new homes built and able to be moved into by Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point families in the Nugent Cove housing area. The construction has seen the demolition of more than 80 Nugent Cove Legacy homes in order to construct more than 190 single homes and two story townhouses.
