A group of mud-covered individuals are carrying a large, heavy log together in what appears to be a military-style physical training exercise or obstacle course event. Multiple teams can be seen in the background performing the same log-carrying drill across an open field. The participants are visibly strained and covered in mud, suggesting an intense endurance-based challenge.

Members of the United States Olympic Sailing Team carry a 220-pound log during Navy SEAL "mental toughness" training near the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Col. The sailing team, which will represent the United States in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, participated in team building exercises and learned how to be more mentally tough from Navy SEALs assigned to the Navy SEAL and Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman Scout Team in San Diego. The scout team provides mental and physical training for different athletic teams with the goal of creating awareness for careers in Naval Special Warfare.
