The Fort Knox Army Volunteer Program, headed up for years by Dr. Yolande Jackson-Smalls (right), is one of the programs undergoing changes to service delivery at Fort Knox and all across the Army beginning June 1, 2019. Fort Knox ACS Director Melinda Roberts said the affected services will remain available although how they are administrated will change.
