Fort Carson, Colo., leaders and unit career counselors dine together during the Commanding General’s Fiscal Year 2012 Phase One Annual Retention Awards Breakfast at the Elkhorn Conference Center, March 9, 2012. Following the meal, Maj. Gen. Joseph Anderson, commanding general, 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson, presented plaques to unit representatives, recognizing them for exceeding the standard by exceeding their unit’s retention goals.
