Michael Meredith, of Virginia Beach, Virginia explains a feature of USS Jason Dunham (DDG 109) to Maddie, 10, left, of Massachusetts as part of Fleet Week 2019. Meredith served as Commanding Officer of the destroyer in 2012 and 2013 he now serves as Chief of Staff at Carrier Strike Group 2, based in Norfolk.
