Army Sgt. 1st Class Patrick Dennis, combating trafficking in persons noncommissioned officer in charge assigned to the Regional Contracting Center – Kuwait, 408th Contracting Support Brigade, presents on the CTIP way forward and procedures during the annual CTIP forum at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, May 16, 2019. The brigade provides operational contracting support to U.S. Army Central by preparing and coordinating support plans, providing oversight, assessment, policy and acquisition authority to assigned contingency contracting organizations and contract assets. These types of forums show that USARCENT builds cohesion and assures allies and partners of its shared vision and unity of purpose of stability in its areas of operations.
