Sgt. Jacob Preisler, a native of San Diego and cavalry scout assigned to 2nd Squadron, 13th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, simulates listening for a casualty’s breathing while performing tactical combat casualty care as part of the medical testing portion of the 1st Armored Division's 2019 Best Warrior Competition May 13 at Fort Bliss, Texas. The 2019 Best Warrior Competition pushed each individual Soldier to the limit testing their skills in a challenging and face-paced environment. The winners will now compete at the next hierarchical level competition, the 2019 III Corps Best Warrior in Fort Hood, Texas later this year.
