The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Henry Blake deploys a Dynamic Inclined Plane 600 Oil Skimmer during the CANUSPAC equipment deployment drill, May 22, 2019, in the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

The drill is a joint operation between Canada and the U.S. to promote coordination and preparation in the event of a harmful substances situation in the waters of the U.S. and Canada.
