A team of US Army medics assigned to the Joint Task Force-Bravo Medical Element stabilize a patient during a simulated mass casualty response exercise at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, May 21, 2019. The scenario included participation from all units across the task force and involved a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter crash.
