Sgt. David Perry, Mobility Augmentation Command, D.C. National Guard, participates in the sprint/drag/carry portion of the Army Combat Fitness Test (AFCT) May 17, 2019, during the Region II Best Warrior Competition at Camp Dawson, West Virginia.
