U.S. Rep. John McHugh, right, has lunch with North Bangor's, N.Y., resident Sgt. Sarah Garland, left; Brooklyn's Spc. Vahona Clouden and Spc. Omar Gaston from Rosedale, N.Y., all of whom are from the representative's home state, during his stop at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Aug. 15. McHugh and other congressmen took the chance to meet with their stateside Soldiers at the end of their trip through the Middle East. The Soldiers are members of the 1st Sustainment Command (Theater) supporting U.S. Third Army Soldiers in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
