(May 17, 2019) - Staffs from both U.S. and Colombian naval delegations gather at Castillo de San Marcos in St. Augustine for the closing ceremony of their annual Maritime Staff Talks (MST) where both Rear Adm. Sean Buck and Colombian Vice Adm. Gabriel Perez delivered closing remarks. MSTs support the U.S. global strategy by building and strengthening working relationships between the U.S. and partner nations and improving interoperability through face-to-face meetings.
