Fifteen Soldiers from Army Reserve Medical Command recovered after completing the ruck march portion of the competition on the morning of April 16th, completing more than six miles with heavy gear. The Soldiers arrived on April 13th, prepared to compete in the command-level Best Warrior Competition for 2019 held April 13-17 at Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. The Best Warrior Competition recognizes Soldiers who demonstrate commitment to the Army values, embody the Warrior Ethos and represent the force of the future.
