Rob Wittman pins the Department of the Navy Superior Civilian Service Medal on Gilbert Goddin at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) annual honor awards ceremony. Goddin was recognized for his remarkable management abilities, innovative thinking, and outstanding leadership serving as the chief systems engineer for the Electromagnetic Railgun and the Hypervelocity Gun Weapon System development and integration efforts from May 2015 to November 2017.
