Wyatt McKee, a rifle Marine with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, clears a path through heavy brush for his squad while practicing immediate action drills for tactical recovery of aircraft and personnel training during Sustainment Exercise 2019. The 22nd MEU and the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group are making a scheduled deployment in support of maritime security operations, crisis response and theatre security cooperation, while also providing a forward Naval and Marine presence.
