Anthony Loftus, an inspector/instructor first sergeant for Company K, 3rd Battalion, 24th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, and an Eyota, Minn., native, gives a motivational speech here before boarding a plane to Trondheim, Norway, March 4. Company K set out to Norway for Exercise Cold Response 12, held March 4-25.
