Lt. Gen. John M. Paxton Jr., commanding general, II Marine Expeditionary Force and Marine Forces Africa, addresses Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association university presidents and other important school officials during the Presidents Reception at Time Warner Cable Arena, March 2.
