    SANTA RITA, Guam (May 8, 2019) Naval Air Crewman (Helicopter) 2nd Class J.D. Byers (right), a native of Mansfield, Texas, hoists a mannequin on a medical litter from a Mark VI patrol boat, attached to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 2, onto an MH-60S helicopter, attached to the "Island Knights" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25, during a casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) training evolution between CRS-2 and HSC-25. CRS-2 is assigned to Costal Riverine Group 1, Det. Guam and is capable of conducting maritime security operations across the full spectrum of naval, joint and combined operations. HSC-25 provides a multi-mission rotary wing capability for units in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations and maintains a Guam-based 24-hour search-and-rescue and medical evacuation capability, directly supporting U.S. Coast Guard and Joint Region Marianas.
