    Sandi Anderson-Watanabe’s kirie work entitled “Koinobori” is on display at the Camp Zama Library May 7, 2019. The work shows a koi fish climbing out of a river and becoming a dragon, and Anderson-Watanabe said she created it for her son, Ryu, 5, whose name means “dragon.”
