As a precautionary measure, a boom is deployed at one of the bulk fuel storage tanks at Offut Air Force Base, Nebraska, after flooding occured there in March. A U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville Fuels Program contract ensures repairs will be made to the base's bulk fuel storage facilities.
