Pat Pond, along with her husband Robin Filion fields a question from the media during a press conference after the Office of Military Commissions received a guilty plea from Majid Shoukat Khan to counts of murder, attempted murder in violation of the law of war, providing material in support to terrorism and spying. Ms. Pond was injured in the J.W. Marriott hotel bombing in 2003 in Indonesia in which Khan was found guilty in delivered $50,000 in al-Qaida funding to finance the bombing.
