Pvt. Eric Leonard, a cable systems installer-maintainer with the st Armored Division's G6 staff section, prepares a Transportable Tactical Command Communications (T2C2) while completing training at the Mission Training Center (MTC) May 2 on Fort Bliss, Texas.

The T2C2 system is part of the U.S. Army’s ongoing modernization strategy leveraging cutting-edge science and technology. The T2C2 system is a satellite terminal that enables early entry forces access, via satellite, to the Army’s tactical network to obtain the situational awareness and perform mission command functions.
