An MRAP recovery vehicle lifts an MRAP out of a snow bank in Shah Joy district, Zabul province, Afghanistan, Feb. 20. During the winter months portions of Afghanistan can accumulate up to four feet of snow, which can affect Combined Forces operations support of the government of Afghanistan. The MRV simplifies and expedites the vehicle recovery process.
