The three different German Armed Forces Proficiency Badges sit on a table and await getting handed out at the Toledo State University during the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge Competition on Feb. 25. The badges come in gold, silver, bronze and they annotate the level at which the soldier competed during the competition.
