Senior leaders from across Europe conduct an Equal Opportunity exercise during a Senior Leader Forum May 2, 2019, at the Armstrong Club in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Senior leaders were each given a scenario-based identity and placed in a mock boat. The group then had to unanimously vote four people off the boat based on basic information about their given identities. After the four were voted off of the boat, additional information was revealed about how those people could have benefited the group.
