HM3 Camilo Builes is the Laboratory work center supervisor at Branch Health Clinic (BHC) Oceana Dam Neck Annex. He performs quality control on all patient tests and equipment. He maintains and calibrates all machines, ensuring the accuracy of all patient test results. He is responsible for the laboratory’s $250,000 quarterly supply budget which includes ordering, maintaining and conducting inventory checks.
Builes is an outstanding Sailor who models the Navy’s initiative to lead Sailors into the future. His versatile, efficient and noteworthy work ethics continuously propel his department and clinic into the forefront of NMCP leadership. His infectious attitude contributes to an environment centered on excellence. With his innate ability to lead Sailors, Builes is committed to the command mission.
