Members of Kauai Ocean Safety and Lifeguard Services transport a Coast Guard Station Kauai member, simulating a crash victim, recovered from the ocean in Hanamaulu Bay to Ahukini Recreational Pier State Park during a mass rescue exercise on Kauai April 26, 2019.
