Five Emergency Command and Control Vehicles line up outside the Trinidad Lake Project Office, April 17, 2019. These ECCVs and about 25 support staff from around the country were at Trinidad Lake to participate in an exercise to assess their readiness. The ECCVs are part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers response in the event of national emergencies.
