A U.S. Marine in MARPAT camouflage uniform is addressing a large group of soldiers wearing olive green uniforms in a classroom setting. Two flags are visible in the foreground — the American flag and what appears to be the Moroccan flag — suggesting a joint military training or exchange event. The audience appears engaged and attentive, with some smiling.
