The Hampton Roads Naval Museum hosted a promotion ceremony aboard the decommissioned Iowa-Class Battleship, USS Wisconsin (BB-64) this morning. AT3(AW) Ryan Mack, assigned to Fighter Squadron Composite Twelve (VFC-12) based at Naval Air Station Oceana was promoted in-front of members of his command.
