Over boater Kirk Cunningham, 48, is reported to be onboard vessel Heavenly Days near Detroit, Michigan, April 25, 2019. The vessel reported to have mechanical trouble at approximately 6 p.m. Wednesday evening in the southern end of the Detroit River, but effected repairs and resumed the transit south toward the Gibraltar area.
