Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23, embarked aboard High Speed Vessel Swift, and members of the Indonesian Military Engineering Contingent, pour concrete for a slab platform at the Dispensaire De Caracol. NMCB-23 and the Indonesian engineers are conducting a subject matter expert exchange to refurbish the dispensary and a school in the area. NMCB-23 is supporting HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012, a deployment of U.S naval assets in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
