    4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division

    Spc. Matt Dutcher, a paralegal assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, grades a student science fair project Feb. 16 at Milam Elementary School on Fort Bliss. Dutcher. Together with two other “Highlander” Soldiers, Dutcher volunteered to evaluate 3rd, 4th, and 5th-graders on organization, content, and overall presentation.
