Military service members from the Sea Services participated in the 2019 Texas Cavaliers River Parade during Fiesta on April 22, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas. Fiesta is a 10-day event that takes over the city annually during the month of April. The traditions and festivities started in 1981 to commemorate the anniversary of the “Battle of San Jacinto”.
