YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 23, 2019) – Executive Officer Cmdr. Terry McNamara and Command Master Chief Warren Britten exchange candle flames as U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Sailors conduct a Holocaust remembrance ceremony in the base chapel onboard the installation, April 23. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
