190422-N-HC646-2063 OAK HARBOR, Wash. (April 22, 2019) Capt. Matt Arny, commanding officer of Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, and several children of Sailors assigned to the base cut a ribbon to mark the opening of a remodeled playground at Costen-Turner Memorial Park on Ault Field. The remodeled playground is due in part to a Commander, Navy Installation Command funded grant specifically designated to improve playground structures that had become obsolete.
