The 129th Honor Guard from Moffett Federal Airfield, California, prepares to present the colors April 13, 2019, at the Sentinels of Freedom Annual Gala in Danville, California. The gala recognizes the achievements of Sentinels, or severely wounded warriors, and the supporters’ part in their success. Sentinels of Freedom is a non-profit organization that works with severely wounded post-9/11 veterans to provide comprehensive personal support and remove financial obstacles involved in completing higher education, helping the Sentinels transition to civilian life successfully.
