Recruits from Kilo Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, recite knowledge with their drill instructor at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, March 17. Recruits receive haircuts regularly during training to create uniformity and promote camaraderie. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained MCRD San Diego. Kilo Company is scheduled to graduate June 14.
