A little rain never stopped our #Nomads!
Children of the #DoolittleRaiders toured Eglin Air Force Base today and stopped by our own #33FW Saylor hangar. Saylor hangar was named after Ret. Lt. Col. Edward Saylor, a crew chief for the Doolittle Raiders whose quick thinking and determination made sure the 16th #aircraft was up and running in time!
Our #Airmen were honored to show these families the dedication plaque, history in the unit building, and finally an up close look at the F-35A Lightning II inside the hangar.
