A recruit from India Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, strikes tires during the Bayonet Assault Course at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, March. 12. Recruits were taught different techniques during Marine Corps Martial Arts Program classes and encouraged to use them during the course. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. India Company is scheduled to graduate April. 26.
