CAMP HOVEY, Republic of Korea -- Chief Warrant Officer 2 Eric Sanders, Smithville, Tennessee native, field artillery targeting technician, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division (Rotational), powers through the final stretch of the eight-mile ruck march, the final event of the 2019 2ID Best Warrior Competition, April 19. The grueling six-day competition comes to a close with a ceremony at the Casey Theater where the winner of each category (officer, warrant officer, NCO, enlisted Soldier, and KATUSA) is announced.
