Trevor Hyland, police officer, Marine Corps Police Department, runs between the rifle station and his first handgun targets in a timed course where the speed counts and missed targets adds time to the shooter’s final score during the annual Local Law Enforcement Competition Shoot, held at the Barstow Police Department’s weapons range, April 5. The MCPD team took first place for the fourth year in a row, bringing another trophy home to Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, California.
