Warm and Dry is a Transit Center at Manas humanitarian assistance project which provides blankets and coats to "at-risk" populations of Kyrgyzstan. The Transit center at Manas purchases all of the blankets and coats from Kyrgyz Republic vendors to help boost the local economy.
