U.S. Army Brigadier General Christopher Stockel, the Commanding General of the 351st Civil Affairs Command, finishes the Bataan Death March memorial April 10, 2019 in Bataan, Philippines. The participants march to remember the over 11,000 U.S. prisoners of war and 80,000 Filipinos who were forced to march from Bataan to Camp O’Donnell, the POW camp over 60 miles from Bataan.
