Team members attached to a Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) recovery team transfer dirt from an open unit into buckets during excavation operations in Laos, March 27, 2019. The recovery team excavated the area in hopes of finding three U.S. service members lost during the Vietnam War.
