David Morrison, Chief of Army, Australia, observe and discuss a 2nd Bn., 23rd Inf. Regt. platoon urban terrain live fire training exercise Feb. 6 at Range 24 here. During Morrison’s visit, he observed and discussed SBCT mission command capabilities and collective training with the brigade’s leadership, building a stronger strategic U.S.-Australian Army relationship. The “Raiders” are currently engaged in Exercise Raider Focus, a month-long brigade training exercise designed to challenge the ability of leaders and soldiers to conduct full spectrum operations as a combined arms team.
