Col. Patrick S. O’Neal, commander of the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, speaks with his senior non-commissioned officers from Spartan Brigade at Fort Stewart, Ga., April 2. Col. O’Neal talked about leadership and the importance of the National Training Center Rotation stating, “NTC is just a wave point to something bigger.
